Pick-up in-store weekdays between 10am to 2pm.

We offer free shipping on all orders in Canberra and the greater region. Orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

Orders outside of this area have a flat rate of $75. Delivery time will be calculated after the order is places, all deliveries will include tracking.

Delivery can be considered on a case to case basis at the discretion of the Impressions team. To request delivery of an item email info@impressionsps.com.au with the items you wish to have delivered and your address. Delivery may incur a small fee.

Returns Policy

Faulty items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, send us an email at info@impressionsps.com.au including your order number and details of the faulty item and we will get in contact with you to sort it out as soon as possible!

Change of mind policy

Sometimes a product that you love doesn’t quite work in your home! Our change of mind policy means that if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 days of purchase for instore purchases, or delivery for online purchases, and receive a full refund. Products are to be returned in perfect condition at the buyer’s cost including proof of purchase.

Excluded products are:

  • clearance and sale products;
  • products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product, including pre-loved products;
  • made to order products – products which are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, or custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer.
